Domestic shipping (excluding Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico) is free of charge with UPS Ground shipping. Overnight and 2nd day shipping are available for an additional fee. Orders may not be shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We ship internationally via FedEx for an additional fee. Soledad Lowe is not responsible for the payment of any duties, taxes or other fees assessed to international shipments and Soledad Lowe is not responsible for any delays or other issues that may arise when shipping internationally. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. All orders over $1,000 require a signature upon delivery. Please make sure you are available to sign for your order when it is delivered, as you are solely responsible for the acceptance of your order upon delivery. Soledad Lowe is not responsible for any lost packages, delayed delivery, or any other issues once your order leaves Soledad Lowe. If your order is sent back to Soledad Lowe by the shipping company for failure to deliver, you will be required to pay for the re-shipment of your order. Soledad Lowe does not accept shipping accounts provided by the customer.

 
CORRECTION OF ERRORS AND INACCURACIES
 
We aim to present the most recent, most accurate and most reliable information on the website at all times. However, the information may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We, therefore, reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change and update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
 
In the event a catalog product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or systems error, Soledad Lowe Jewelry shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Jennifer Fisher Jewelry shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
 
PAYMENT OPTIONS
 
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We do not accept Discover cards, checks or money orders. Full payment is due before any order is processed and produced.
 
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
 
Jewelry may be exchanged for a store credit or for an alternate size within 7-10 days of receipt, subject to Soledad Lowe’s sole assessment as to whether the jewelry is in the same condition that it was purchased. If you purchased a Soledad Lowe piece of jewelry from an outside retailer and would like to exchange or return it, you must bring the piece to the original retailer where the item was purchased. We are not responsible for any jewelry not purchased directly from Soledad Lowe.
 
SITE IMAGERY
 
Soledad Lowe provides images of each item on the Site and endeavors to show as much detail as possible. However, viewing images online has its disadvantages as the size and color of the images may vary across digital screens and mobile devices. Measurements of select pieces are provided to help visual size.
 
MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE/TERMINATION
 
Soledad Lowe reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof). You agree that Soledad Lowe shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service. You acknowledge that Soledad Lowe reserves the right to deactivate accounts, cancel orders, and/or refuse to accept orders from users that violate the Terms or for such other reason as determined by Soledad Lowe.
